James Eisenberg

Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer

James Eisenberg is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Interblock Capital Partners. James is a tech entrepreneur, founding and running his own ventures in the US and India, since 2003. A 25-year Silicon Valley veteran software executive, James has significant experience across all facets of enterprise software design, development, service and sales. His roles have included executive positions with Ernst & Young and venture-backed software start-ups, Netscape Communications, TRW aerospace software engineering, and several software ventures. James has been a speaker on blockchain and other emerging technologies for MBA programs at Yale and USC, YPO (domestic and international), The Texas Association of Certified Public Accountants, and at the United Nations in New York. James earned his MBA at Yale University, and his BA in economics at NYS University at Stony Brook. James is an avid reader on the workings of the mind. He lives in North Dallas, Texas, with his wife and daughter.

 
 
Lisa Condren Interblock Capital

Lisa Condren

General Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Lisa Condren has been in banking for over two decades.  She began her career in Emerging Market’s Equity Research at the Capital Group, followed by Institutional Equity Sales at Bear Stearns, and Private Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). Most recently, she was at US Trust where she led a 10-member team managing over $1 Billion in assets and monitoring portfolio risk for family offices and ultra high net worth individuals.  After years at traditional Wall Street banks, Lisa transitioned into the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.  Today she is the Chief Operating Officer and General Partner of Interblock Capital Partners.  Lisa has been a speaker across a variety of forums and is currently the Moderator of Young President Organization’s (YPO) Investment Forum.  She received her MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) with an emphasis in finance and an economics degree from UCLA.  Additionally, Lisa is a professionally trained Chef with a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.  She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.

Paul Weinstein

Special Advisory Partner

Paul Weinstein is a founding General Partner of Azure ($750M under management) with over 28 years of investment experience across numerous sectors of technology.  Paul’s primary investment focus is cloud infrastructure & software, communications technology, data center, enterprise software and artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.  Prior to Azure, Paul was a Managing Director and communications equipment analyst covering the Data Communications and Network Equipment sectors at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in San Francisco.  Prior to CSFB, Paul was Managing Director and held a substantially similar position with Deutsche Bank Securities.  For four consecutive years (1995-1999), Paul was a top ranked analyst in the Institutional investor and Greenwich Associates surveys.  Paul is currently a Special Advisor to Interblock Capital Partners.  Paul received his B.S. degree in Finance from Babson College, where he graduated with highest honors.  Paul has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

 

Fabio Pedrazzoli 

Director of Research

Fabio is Director of Research, at Interblock Capital Partners, leading fundamental analysis into early-stage software projects aligned with Interblock’s investment thesis. Fabio is a blockchain visionary, technical expert, industry advocate, and angel investor, and has been focused on the blockchain industry since the early days of Ethereum in 2015. 


Fabio has a deep background in computer science and software development, with particular expertise in open-source, enterprise-class software, Internet security, system architecture and DevOps. He is a 20-year veteran of the IT industry and has held leadership positions on development teams and in systems management for multinational corporate clients and his own start-up ventures across the US, UK, Italy, Thailand, and Hong Kong.


Just prior to joining Interblock Capital, Fabio was DevOps architect for the Energi (NRG) blockchain project, maintaining the blockchain backbone core node network and all related API services for the blockchain project, including managing the Amazon AWS hosting environment. Fabio’s current knowledge of blockchain and associated technologies, and his active network bolsters his expert abilities in identifying and valuing promising emerging technology projects for investment.


Fabio’s passions include personal development, world travels, martial arts (12 years in traditional kung fu), tai chi, qi gong, yoga and holistic health.
